Adria Bellot Saez is Global Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager at Schneider Electric where he works in the Global D&I Team, developing programs and initiatives which are implemented both globally and locally. As a journalist, Adria has previously hold Communications and Marketing roles at multinational companies. Strongly determined about the importance of inclusion and equity, he is now focused on spreading globally Schneider Electric’s Diversity & Inclusion mission of building an inclusive company which ensures equal opportunity for all our employees, women and men.
