Ram Venkat is an Energy Management Professional and Evangelist, currently working in the UKI EcoBuilding Marketing team. He joined Schneider Electric after completing a research-masters specialising in Condition-based Monitoring of Electrical Distribution Systems. Ram is highly passionate about energy and the environment, and his ultimate career goal is to contribute towards ensuring easy access to clean and reliable sources of energy in underdeveloped and developing countries. When he's not working on new offer launches and a plethora of other exciting initiatives, you'll probably find him adventuring in the middle of nowhere in an exotic country.
