Neil started his global role in 2023 as Segment President for the Consumer Packaged Goods segment. In his new role, he will create, promote, and support the unique solutions portfolio from Schneider Electric, AVEVA, ProLeiT, and many others that fit the very specific needs of all subsegments within the consumer packaged goods sector.

Neil is passionate about technology and its role in helping address climate change. He is optimistic that through the greater use of technology -- and by taking a leading role in the industry's digital transformation journey to help all parties from end users, Process OEMs, OEMs to System Integrators -- the industry will be more efficient, profitable, and sustainable.
