Jerome Soltani

Jerome brings years of experience in operations, strategy, sales, management, and marketing to Schneider Electric. After joining the organization in 2007, Jerome held several leadership roles in the Regional Solution Execution Center for the European, Middle East, and African zone. He then transitioned to the Services organization, where he doubled worldwide business activity for strategic accounts. In 2017, Jerome was appointed a dual role as V.P. U.S. Field Services Operations & Operational Marketing, where he led efforts to grow sales and profitability. In his current role as Senior V.P. of U.S. Services, Jerome is leading the Services business transformation to position Schneider Electric as a digital services market leader.
