Jay's a pragmatist; and a strong advocate of government and private industry cooperation. Since taking his new role at Schneider Electric in December 2011, Jay continues meeting with energy consultants and regulators around the world. Jay was a working member of the IEEE1625 committee. He is active in advocating new, tougher and consistent standards for energy efficiency worldwide. Jay serves a number of industry leadership positions: Chairman of the ENERGY STAR Working Group, Chairman of The Green Grid Liaison Committee, Vice Chair of NEMA 1PE Section, and Chair of JTC1 SC39 Sustainability for and by Information Technology. ...
