After working in Siemens Mexico, he joined to Schneider Mexico in 1993, throughout these years he has developed automation projects across all kind of industries as food and beverage, petro-chemical, mining, automotive and water and waste water. He is in charge of application service engineers team and country technical support L2.

In 2010, Francisco became TÜV Functional Safety Engineer, since then, he is involved in engineering design and management, involving safety, electrical and control systems.
