Erhan joined Schneider Electric in 1999 as an R&D engineer. He was responsible for the international MV product family. He worked on various new product developments and technology transfer projects, he had the opportunity to lead multicultural and cross functional teams while gaining strong understanding of Schneider Electric's core technologies. Erhan joined Schneider Electric in 1999 as an R&D engineer. He was responsible for the international MV product family. He worked on various new product developments and technology transfer projects, he had the opportunity to lead multicultural and cross functional teams while gaining strong understanding of Schneider Electric's core technologies. He worked as power systems engineer directly working with customers on customer sites. After engineering experiences, he moved over to the business operation side where he held various roles in business development, product management, product marketing, innovation marketing, product launch and business leadership. This diverse experience has allowed him to understand how to solve the clients' challenges by applying the core technologies. Erhan currently lead the USA power systems marketing and launch activities focusing on critical power applications. Erhan is a member of the IEEE and a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. He had a published paper related with his thesis study based on computer vision based AI system.
