Christophe Piraud is a marketing manager within Schneider Electric in charge of the definition of the user experience of EcoStruxure Power, an IoT-activated platform which aims at delivering safer, more reliable, more efficient, and more sustainable power distribution for all type of buildings and infrastructures. Christophe Piraud is a marketing manager within Schneider Electric in charge of the definition of the user experience of EcoStruxure Power, an IoT-activated platform which aims at delivering safer, more reliable, more efficient, and more sustainable power distribution for all type of buildings and infrastructures. He has over 25 years of experience in power distribution and energy management. During these past years he was involved in the development of power monitoring and control solutions, energy management systems for commercial and industrial buildings as well as critical infrastructures. More recently, he was involved in the development of IoT and cloud-based solutions, and digital services embedding analytics to improve the energy and operational efficiency of small and medium-size buildings. He also was an energy consultant in the industry domain and an expert in IEC standardization committees. He holds 2 gold awards in innovation and 1 gold trophy in the energy management domain. He holds a Master’s Degree from the Telecom ParisTech engineering school, France.
