I joined Schneider Electric as a Data Engineer and have been with the company for almost four months. Working here is a great pleasure and a privilege. I am surrounded by a diverse team with wide range of skill sets which can help customers to achieve their goal. Not only they are all intelligent but also friendly people who are upbeat and genuine.

I believe the culture that the leaders and the team have built and are continuously building is what separates us from other organizations. A culture that embraces flexibility, celebrates diversity of thought and approach, and one that makes it easier to come to work every day. The company promotes work-life balance which is one of the most important values to me because as a family man, I can spend time with my family and kids.

Schneider Electric really is a family. The personal growth that is not only encouraged but celebrated shows each employee how valued they really are. Everyone at the company has made me feel like family and has supported my development. This is a great place to work, it provides a very conducive environment to learn, grow and prosper.

It’s been an awesome four months and I’m excitedly looking forward to the coming years!

Working at a multinational company like Schneider Electric gives me new insights from our culturally diverse work environment. It gives us international opportunities for development and challenges to open ourselves up to a world of differences while collaborating as part of a team. The management promotes open door policy which fosters healthy, engaging, and proactive environment.

Lastly, we have an employee stock program that allows everyone to take ownership and participate in the company’s success collectively.

Why Schneider? This is also the same question that I keep on asking myself ever since I started working in this organization. Many people also asked me this same question when they learned that I reached this milestone being with the company. There are lots of opportunities being offered elsewhere but I always choose to stay. Every time I am asked, my answer is simple: SERVICE. Service of the organization towards their associates is extraordinary, and likewise, I can see that everybody’s service in return is incomparable. The “SERVICE” which is more of a package deal, so what more could I ask for?

I will say that I am part of an organization which I am being treated as part of a family. From my previous and current mentors, teammates, and batchmates, my appreciation goes out to all of you. A big salute to everyone!

Being dedicated and loyal to an organization is one thing but staying for a decade and counting more years is another.

I am very honored and grateful of how I am being served, and likewise doing my service in this organization, that is nowhere else to find. Here at Schneider Electric, Life is On!

I have worked with many companies before but nothing by far compares to my experience at Schneider Electric. Every team I’ve worked with is filled with motivated people who take care of each other because Schneider takes good care of us.

The company’s leadership has successfully internalized the goals and objectives. All employees feel appreciated and recognized for their dedication and hard work.

I remember during my job interview: The hiring manager asked me, “Do you think you will stay with us for 5 years?” This year is my 10th anniversary (and still counting) with Schneider and I still feel the excitement and enthusiasm when I first started. Indeed, Schneider Electric gives me the job satisfaction I have always longed for!
