- Align AI and energy planning cycles: Bring facilities, operations, sustainability, and IT into the same strategic conversation. AI growth projections must align with realistic power availability and efficiency goals.
- Design for modularity: Prioritize infrastructure that can scale incrementally rather than requiring wholesale replacement. Flexibility reduces long-term capital risk.
