Thomas originally joined Schneider Electric in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of Commercial for the Home & Distribution division. His role was focused on leading commercial and marketing transformations around new segments and driving the digitalization of the business. In 2017, he was also tasked with managing the Electrical Distribution channel - a major focus area for business growth for Schneider Electric. In 2021, Thomas took over one of four hubs for the Home & Distribution business unit, managing the European region in addition to his global responsibilities.

Thomas is passionate about innovation and globalization. He holds a Master’s in Science and Applied Mathematics from Ecole Centrale in Paris and speaks multiple languages, including French, Spanish, and English.
