Shan Bates

Shan Bates was globally responsible for internal communications within Schneider Electric's Buildings Division. A LEED® AP, Bates aligned her experience in building management and solutions marketing with a passion for sustainability to lead, develop, and execute on the internal employee communication strategy. Ms. Bates has a BBA in Marketing from Baylor University and serves as Social Media Chair for the North Texas US Green Building Council.
