Nadège is the Chief Innovation Officer of Schneider Electric and a member of its Global Executive Committee. Nadège is responsible for the external Innovation activities of Schneider Electric including the corporate venture arm SE Ventures, incubations, partnerships, joint ventures and the eMobility business.
Nadège started with Schneider Electric in 2004 and has had multiple operational and management roles in Europe, Russia and Hong Kong including Corporate Strategy Senior Vice President, and was most recently EVP for the global Power Products division.
Currently based in Boston USA, Nadège's mission is to create profitable growth platforms for the company, promote a culture of open and collaborative innovation, and build the future businesses of Schneider Electric.
