Mónica Castellanos is Sustainability Leader for 3PH UPS within Schneider Electric’s Secure Power division, where she leads the sustainability strategy for the business, driving its integration across the portfolio, innovation priorities, and customer value.
Alongside this role, she continues to lead Digital Enablement for the 3PH UPS business, supporting the adoption of digital technologies, data and AI.
Mónica joined Schneider Electric in Barcelona in 2022 as Service Manager for Prefabricated Data Centers, working closely with customers and operations and gaining first-hand experience across the data center infrastructure lifecycle. She later moved into Digital Enablement and relocated to France in 2025 to take on broader responsibilities within the global 3PH UPS organization.
Mónica holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and master’s degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Project Management. Her multidisciplinary background brings together engineering, customer experience, digital transformation and sustainability, giving her a distinctive perspective on some of the key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the data center industry.
