A leader with purpose. Iram Shah is a dynamic global business leader and humanitarian with 25 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies. Her experience spans five countries and multiple industries: FMCG, Oil & Gas, Insurance & Financial investment, and now Energy Management & Automation. She has held executive roles in general management, marketing, innovation and customer transformation in brands like Gatorade, Coca-Cola, BP, Zurich Financial and now Schneider Electric. Her expertise ranges from marketing, brand, new business development, customer management, digital, innovation to general management with P&L responsibilities. She has demonstrated her ability to use her industry and country transverse experience to bring innovation, growth and new ways of creating value.
In addition to her corporate efforts, Iram also contributes to philanthropic causes and serves on several nonprofit boards. Currently she is a board member for Habitat For Humanity Chicagoland and is Chairperson of the Sonia Shah Organization. In the past she has been on several nonprofit boards including Seeds of Peace and Central Asia Institute.
Iram has earned many international awards, including the 100 most influential business leaders in UK and was recently named as one of the 11 International Women Business Leaders in the Chicagoland USA.
