Educated as an Engineer, I have always been focused on satisfying the market's requirements. Providing customers with the correct technical solution has been my greatest source of motivation: Designing solutions for the customer, not for the company. In the ’90s, I spent 10 years in Schneider Electric working with all types of clients to better understand their behaviors and understand their on-site application cases. After holding several different positions in business and management around Europe, in 2010 I joined the LV business unit in France. This allowed me to bring my market knowhow to the product offer creation process. I push for the customer values such as “space saving”, “time optimization” and love transforming a pain point toward an offer value proposition! I feel like an engineer for our customer!
